Upgrade Path

As sales grow, add more Fillers or upgrade to a Ring Type and keep your Filler & Orienter for small runs, new or hard-to-fill formulations, or for emergencies.

Stage 1: Purchase a Torpac Filler at minimum initial investment - you can even lease it.

Stage 2: For a higher output (7,200 capsules/hr) purchase or lease a Torpac Orienter.

Stage 3: For even higher outputs purchase a second Filler (14,000 capsules/hr) or a third Filler (22,000 capsules/hr).

Stage 4: Purchase a ring-type or automatic filling machine now that you have growing sales and, importantly, have all the formulation problems solved. Use the Torpac Orienter & Filler for new or hard-to-fill formulations you are developing, smaller orders, new capsule sizes or for emergencies. Change parts for new capsule sizes are a fraction of the cost for the Torpac Filler compared to ring type or automatic machines and you don't have downtime to worry about.
