For the shorter DBcaps® capsules (excluding AAA) the ProFill OE incorporates a patented “single plane” capsule separation system that typically separates 95-100% of DBcaps® capsules based on capsule size and operator technique (can be as low as 90%). The remaining capsules have to be separated by hand which takes about a minute.
